$120 per hour as of January 1, 2023. A typical treatment session runs for 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged.

PAYMENT is required at each visit.

I accept Venmo, Zelle, VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER, as well as FSA and HCA and debit cards. A processing fee of 2.6% will be added to all credit card transactions.

Checks to be made out to Jean A. Croll, OTR/L, and of course cash is always welcome!

If you let me know at least 48 hours in advance that you wish to change or cancel an appointment, there is no charge, as I will be able to offer the spot you reserved to another client. With less than 2 full days' notice, I might not be able to give your appointment to a client on my waiting list, and the following late cancellation fees would apply: - With 1-2 days' notice, the fee is 25% of the appointment fee - With less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is 50% of the appointment fee (the fee may be waived if you are feeling ill, have a fever/runny nose/etc.) - With no notice (missed appointment) the full appointment fee is due.

*** The best way to immediately reach me for cancellations, etc. is via text, which you can do any time day or night: 508-560-4007. Other communications which are not as time-sensitive can be via email: jean@hands-on-therapy.com.

In addition, I ask that you adhere to start/stop times for appointments if you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled therapy time, your session may not be extended to accommodate your late arrival, as this cuts into my preparation time for the next client. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have health insurance coverage, please contact your insurance company's member services to find out if your policy contains a provision for "out of network occupational therapy" if so, I will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.
